A little bit about me…
My personal and professional core values are rooted in helping others work through past and current traumas. I believe trauma is defined by each individual's experience and that every human has power within to progress toward change that will ultimately enable a fulfilling and meaningful life. I aspire to provide clients with a safe space for this exploration and to learn more about their unique experience with the mind-body connection. I offer individual and couples counseling using a variety of research-based methods to support those who wish to explore ways in which their unique challenges can be managed using healthy self-regulation and self-soothing tools.
I use a strengths-based approach to assist you in developing strong protective factors in order to increase your independence coping with mental/physical life challenges. My primary goals is to create a space that motivates you toward living as your truest self throughout life’s trials and triumphs.
As a person with a disability, I have a passion for working with clients whose physical/medical conditions impact their mental health and quality of life. Supporting my clients in developing a healthy and regulated relationship with their identity as disabled individuals has been a very meaningful part of my professional development. I have committed the majority of my psychotherapy work over the last 5 years to neurodivergent, disability, and queer communities.
I am also currently in training to become a Certified Autism Specialist.

Telehealth in a busy world…
Counseling can be a profound and meaningful process that varies depending on each person’s unique challenges. I’m currently providing counseling sessions via secure telehealth services. Consultations provide an opportunity for questions surrounding telehealth, session fees, and business practices.
